  • 2.3 While we try to display products as accurately as possible, colours and designs may slightly vary due to screen settings or printing techniques.

Pricing & Payment

• 3.1 All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.
• 3.2 Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned.
• 3.3 Payment must be made in full before order confirmation.
• 3.4 We accept multiple modes of payment including UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallets.

Order & Delivery

• 4.1 Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
• 4.2 Delivery timelines depend on product type, customization, and location.
• 4.3 We deliver pan-India and internationally through trusted courier partners.
• 4.4 In case of unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• 5.1 Standard t-shirts (non-customized) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition with tags intact.
• 5.2 Customized products are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
• 5.3 Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• 5.4 Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Intellectual Property

• 6.1 All product designs, logos, content, and images on our website belong to Bong Printing House.
• 6.2 Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
• 6.3 We reserve the right to update or change these terms anytime without prior notice.

Customer Responsibilities

• 7.1 Provide accurate details (size, colour, customization text/design, delivery address).
• 7.2 Ensure customization requests do not include offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.

Limitation of Liability

• 8.1 Bong Printing House will not be liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address, or circumstances beyond our control.
• 8.2 We are not responsible for minor colour/design variations caused by display screens or printing processes.

Governing Law

• 9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
• 9.2 Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
